HELLO Village Week II Day 2

　HELLO Village WEEK II２日目は、昼休みにグロービーポイントが２倍になる「GROBY POINT SPREE」がありました。多くの生徒たちがALTとJENGAを楽しんだり、他のミッションに取り組んで、グロービーポイントの獲得に励んでいました。その他に、授業で英語村に来ている生徒もいました。
　放課後は、生徒による「プレゼンテーション」が３本ありました。まずは、文部科学省が主催するトビタテ留学生JAPAN高校生コースに参加した生徒によるカナダでの報告がありました。続いて夏休みに実施された「東京フィールドワーク」に参加した生徒達による発表がありました。発表の後、『Diversity ＆ Inclusionを実現する日吉ケ丘高校を作ろう！』をテーマにグループ討論を行いました。そのあと、各グループで議論された内容について報告がありました。とても充実した時間になりました。最後に、夏休みから２か月間オーストラリア姉妹校・ヌーサ高校に留学した生徒たち２名による発表がありました。
　現在交換留学生として日吉ケ丘高校に来ている生徒たちの自主活動の充実ぶりに未来の可能性を感じました。
　
　On Day 2 of HELLO Village Week, we had ‘Groby Point Spree’ (double points promotion) at lunch time. Many students tried to complete missions such as playing JENGA with ALTs for Groby points. Some students also came to HELLO Village during their classes for this event.
　Today’s after-school events were three ‘Student Presentations’. In the first talk, a student who joined Tobitate Study Abroad Program reported her activities in Canada. In the second presentation, students who joined Tokyo Fieldｗork talked about their experiences this summer. After the talk, students had group discussions concerning ‘How to realize Diversity and Inclusion in Hiyoshigaoka’, and then shared their ideas. As the final presentation, two students who studied for two months at Noosa High School, Australia, gave a talk about their fruitful and unique school-life there.
　We hope two international exchange students from Noosa who currently stay at Hiyoshigaoka will also have such a wonderful time here.
